I bought this wig 22 years ago for a vintage Hawaiian float for a parade we were in.
Only used once, this thing sits 17" high on the head! I had it modeled on a mannequin.
If you stuff it with tissue paper it will sit up straight.
The base has some stretch to it and measures 24" around the inside rim.
I love the color and also the shag haircut style, it feels like cheap shag carpet, lol.
A fun piece to own!
